Hotel Corvaris is classified in the 3-star category (classification certificate no. 6422/5398A of 15.07.2015).

• On the official booking site (hotel-corvaris.pynbooking.direct): you see live availability and rates, and the booking is confirmed on the spot under the conditions shown there (rate, cancellation policy, any guarantee).
• Through the booking request on this site: submitting the form records a request in the hotel's reservation system (PynBooking) and does not conclude an accommodation contract. Reception emails you the complete offer and applicable terms — total price, included services, payment, cancellation, changes and no-show. The booking becomes binding after you accept the offer and the hotel confirms it by email. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.

The booking is made for the person named in the request. On arrival, guest details are registered from the identity document under Government Decision no. 237/2001; specific statutory rules apply to minors.

Rates for the selected dates and services are shown on the official booking site. On hotelcorvaris.ro, after the availability check, the form may show an estimated total taken from the reservation system; the binding offer is the one reception sends before you accept, stating the total price in Romanian lei, including VAT and all applicable taxes, the included services and any optional charges.

Payment is made on arrival, at the front desk, in cash or by card (POS terminal), under the terms accepted before booking. hotelcorvaris.ro processes no payments and requests no card details. Bookings paid online on the official booking site follow the conditions shown there.

The breakfast preference entered in the form is passed to reception as a note; the included services are those in the offer you accept.

Cancellation and change conditions are those communicated when the booking is confirmed, or shown on the official booking site for the chosen rate. For requests sent through this site, cancellations are communicated to the front desk by phone or email as early as possible.

Under art. 16(l) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), accommodation booked for a specific date or period is not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to other distance contracts.

Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. The house rules (quiet hours, visitors, smoking, pets, property) are described on the House rules page and form part of the accommodation contract.

We strive to keep the information and photographs on the site accurate and current; the photographs were taken in the hotel. Fittings may differ in detail from room to room. Texts, photographs and the logo are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

The site links to the official booking site (PynBooking), Google Maps and Facebook. The hotel remains responsible for its own offers and contractual obligations, including bookings made through PynBooking; third-party services also have their own terms and policies.

You can address any complaint directly to office@hotelcorvaris.ro or to the front desk; we reply within 30 days at most.

Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro, phone 021 9551) and may use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure through the platform reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. Disputes not settled amicably are determined by the courts competent under the applicable rules, including consumer-protection rules.

Romanian law applies; this choice does not remove the protection granted to consumers by applicable mandatory provisions. We may update these terms; the version applicable to a booking is the one published on the date of the request. In case of discrepancy between the Romanian and English versions, the Romanian version prevails.
